probably because MS deal with piracy in the correct manner. you pirate windows, you get locked out of certain features after x number of days. you pirate xbox games, your console gets banned from xbox live. they don't try and draw all this attention onto themselves, like Sony are doing, which is basically publicising to the world, the PS3 has been hacked * +
