Viper mate, talk to the doctor. The beginning is unbelievably self explanatory. Before you leave the house you wake in you should have clothes, pip boy, and whatever you can rob from the doctor. But i have to agree with these lot, if you are having problems this early in the game you'd best trade it because you'll tear your hair out when it comes to the rest * +
