almost finished f3 properly. if i kept on playing i'd have very few things left to do like agathas song. caravan escort. a bos quest and several others.got loads of bobbleheads except the one at raven rock which is impossible to get because that location is gone forever. but i've got a ravenhold save file so if i collected all the other bobbleheads and loaded that old save up for the energy * +

What Dubman said. You'd have to go back, get it, and then continue the game from that point to achieve it, so depends how much you've done since the Raven Rock save as to whether it's worth it or not... and I'm pretty sure they do all have to be on the stand, yeah. * +
