What a dissapointment! Im nt sure about gameplay but there are only 20 characters! Thats the lowest ever. It is, however 100 percent handrawn. New sprites as well!

XII was horrendous. I picked it up last year in a 4 for 20 gamestation deal and still felt cheated.....it had a nasty scratch on so i just took it back and got a refund. Everything about the game was cr*p, character roster, animation, graphics, sound.....but what do you expect when the game is only 703 meg, yes that's right, the game only takes up 703 meg of the dvd...the game could almost fit on a standard cd. Well I've just picked up XIII which from what I've read, is a huge improvement. I haven't played it yet though. * +
