Literally every game i played from the 3rd and 4th generation of consoles that had not a password system to pseudosave state or an internal battery to the cartridge to actual save progress. Dark days they were... :p * +

Chrono Trigger FoE and many unfinshed roms after going through multiple pcs. Got all memory cards somewhere for ps1, ps2 and gamecube. a working ps3. a working switch. glad most gb/gbc/gba/ds/3ds games save to cart/card. Lost map data in etrian odyssey games due to a dead 3ds.. * +
