If they 'remade' the entire Trilogy with the latest engine you wouldn't get those terrible framerate drops when driving around.
The framerate would be at a more stable performance on a whole.

Many things from RenderWare aren't compatible with the Unreal Engine. * +

They released a major patch for the Nintendo Switch version of the games.

I'm leaning towards getting this now

The framerate for III and VC have been made more stable.. almost solid 30fps and very playable now on N.S. Just some areas still need to be sorted but I'm confident they'll get there.

I would love VC on the N.S. * +

The only console worth getting it on.
The others are all lame except the PS5/Xbox Series X on 'Fidelity Mode'

Best on PC, however. Now has free offering of the originals but older modded titles the best for nothing. * +

Have to get this on Monday.
If it were like this on day one for digital I'd be okay with it... And perhaps 80 percent of negative complaints wouldn't be there.

I'd feel really stupid later on having the Switch and wishing that I had GTA on it (but this was it). * +

That rain issue is fixed, major problem from first release.
All the crazy glitches are quite funny. Even Saints Row The Third on N. Switch had some weird, but funny, glitches. * +
