(repost) Microsoft may be in the process of buying Sega and Konami (like the recent acquisitions of Bethesda's parent company, ZeniMax Media), both of which are performing poorly as of current.

Expect Sonic making a huge presence on that platform in the future.. *

That's why kickstarters for their closely similar IPs are very successful. Like Bloodstained Ritual of the Night (castlevania) and Eiyuden Chronicle (suikoden). *
