As part of its Q1 financial report, games publisher Ubisoft revealed that Sony's PlayStation 4 accounts for the bulk of its worldwide software sales. The PS4 is beating not only Microsoft's Xbox One but also the larger install bases of the Xbox 360, PS3, and PC. * +

Interestingly, both the PS4 and Xbox One saw a drop in their sales share from Ubisoft's previous Q1. A dramatic rise in PC sales seems to have eaten into the console share, rising from 14 percent last year.
