Useful Rules for Steam Sales.
Rule 1: Do not buy games unless they are a Daily Deal, Flash Sale, or Community Choice as they may go cheaper. Steam has 2 sale prices for every title the duration sale discount and the promotion sale discount.
Rule 2: If a game has not been a Daily Deal, Flash Sale, or Community Choice buy it on the last day of the Steam Sale.
Rule 3: Buy the game as a gift in case you decide against it and want to sell/trade it.
Rule 4: Use your wishlist to track games you really want. When they go on sale Steam will email you about the discounts.
Rule 5: On the LAST DAY of the sale, Steam often makes its daily deals an encore of the most popular daily deals from the previous days. Go nuts. Buy everything you wanted. * +

The original post and picture is off a gaming website first actually. Its been around here and there though. Sound advice. Don't buy anything you want that ain't a daily deal cos it'll no doubt only end up cheaper at some point. Gotta love the steam deals * +

Stanley Parable now costs money? Is it any better since the last free version was released? And no, better graphics doesn't mean I would be willing to pay for it. * +

It is remastered with new story parts and obviously major visual overhaul. If you didn't play it before it's worth buying this version it's pretty much the definitive * +

Ah, I still have the original installed, but I might give the new version a try. I sure hope they still kept the original voice talent because that narration was priceless. * +

Haha I actually got woodcutter 2013.. couldn't help myself as its what I did for the last 20years and was nice to see a stihl in a video game, but the game could use some serious fixing! Like the controls for starters. * +
