Google 'extract hitman absolution sim file' and the first link should be to Steam Underground Community. Read a few pages and you will see how to extract the game files without using Steam. then just use a crack. * +

The thing is its a pc and I have like 3mbps but I only have a 2 gig cap. if I had an uncap coice it would have been better but I can only hope there is a steam emulator out there that could solve all my problems * +

Loads of games, including all retail copies of that game, are Steamworks and require Steam to play. For example, a recent game, COD Ghosts requires Steam. There is no non Steam version. * +
