Phone microsoft . Mine was damaged when i picked it up at tesco but they had no replacements . A quick call to bills boys andd they sent me a brand new retail boxed replacement complete with new game and day one achievement codes that i sold on ebay for 50 quid . Result * +

Overhead a guy the other day saying his mate bought one, the machine snapped his disk, he got a replacement and then after about an hour got green screen of death. This is only what i overheard though. . . . it doesn't really matter though as they simply are not your buying at the moment. * +

any machine that spins it on high speed can, if IT HAS A CRACK IN THE MIDDLE. Never put a disc with a crack in the middle. if it has a crack, drill a hole where it ends. * +
