6GB RAM will be a minimum requirement for most AAA games soon. Have you seen Watch Dogs requirements?

It'll not matter. Just because it says that much ram is minimum the game just won't use it on lower end systems. What game is going to use so much system RAM running on the settings an E8200 and GTS450 will run playable? Or the watchdog lower specs for that matter. Most games that said 3gb rarely used much more than half that on a high end machine even with maximum settings. * +
