Ok so I was reading on a site. American gamers are able to preorder games for the Ps4 and xbone. At the price of current gen games but everbody else has to pay more? Between 40 and 60gbp what is this pal tax somebody mentioned? * +

Depends on the state on if you pay tax for video games. Tax is still lower than here I think though. * +

we got all these d*mn import duties here in south africa, in america ps4 will be 399 dollars but here in s a itll be R6299 yet 399dollars is only R3999 when converted so more than a third of its price is tax here *
