Change your payment details. Maybe it needs valid payment details to be stored even if it is free So long as you're not any kind of auto renewal thing then it shouldn't matter if you change them. * +

But if its free it should enable me to download it? I don't see why I can't download it and as for payment details the only way I buy stuff of the market are by purchasing the points in the store so I can't add a payment method I don't have a credit card. * +

when I downloaded it the entire payment option was blanked out because it was free. *
