It broke for many people because the dumb fkrs got impatient with the download and started messing with the leads. Pulling the plug, as with pretty much anything will most probably fk the update and brick your console etc.If your wifi drops, the download just picks up were it left off. I can't defend the 1 ID though, that's stupid. But broke your Wii U? Then you Sir, are an impatient tw@ * +
