Using anisotropic x2 n medium texture water quality low n mayb reflections either low or off i can getit 2 run spartan 2 b fair it stil looks tad better than console mayb when i can update drivers n the patch it wud look bit better? i downloaded gta collection from steam would it not have patch already? * +

It will be patched in total but drivers make a big difference too. No doubt you have ancient drivers as well. * +
