If you give players enough games and they do well they develop really well. So a player with 85 potential can exceed that. Sometimes by quite a lot. I think as much as 6 or 7 points. Quality youth players seem to be able to reach high 80s easier too when they just didnt in fifa 12 * +

It can artificially inflate your side a bit but its better than fifa 12 where there were no good players left. So i have like a 93 lloris, 91 pique, 90 hummels. 90 kagawa, 88 chicarito etc *
