head to novac (place with the big dinosaur) in the head of the dino at night boone is available. in the south west is the mojave outpost? cass is in there.. um and then the mormon fort has arcade gannon.. but u need 65 speech to recruit him i think. last is the robot dog at the elvis impersonator place * +

boone gives u a spotting perk (enemies light up red when you aim at them) cass gives you the whiskey rose perk (you're stats aren't affected by alocohol addiction? and some sort of damage boost when u drink whiskey) arcade gives you a boost when using stimpaks etc * +

the robot dog gives u a perk which makes objects/corpses light up if they contain loot. *
