Its like a HTC one X in a box. Somewhere in the same sort of performance as Vita, close to that. I would imagine it would be good for cheap gaming but personally think it'll sink without trace and end up a bit of a scam. Its one thing even building these but marketing and selling them are something else beyond most small startups * +
