the game is far more action rpg then hack n slash. items, armor, weapons can be collected, downloaded or rewarded which is a massive leap forward for the series. I got several pieces of armor and weapons just for visiting the website and free with the game * +

so far the combat is like the first but faster and more slick, weapons consist of primary like the dual scythes and secondary like the axe or hammer, the secondary weapons are massive and there's always more to pick up.I'm pretty sure the weapons take ware and tear because I have identical of each and some have higher or lower stats. * +

there are two skill trees, one harbinger and one necromancer containing moves like teleporting slash, killing blows, ghoul summoning and s**t loads more. there is a ton of dlc coming for this which even offers a season pass for 1600 points/12 quid. for the first time I may invest in one * +

game really opens up after u get the death grip.areas u cudnt get to become available.supposedly the world is twice as big as the 1st.must be a massive game as I didnt get the grip till around 8 hours in.best boss so far was the massive turtle/spider thing what begins with k.cant rem its name.pukka game but should explain parts of the items,weapons inventory etc more clearer. * +
