My fallout addiction has taken a new turn with this cast iron rumour... There is a rumour currently surfacing in the Boston area that Bethesda are in the area conducting their initial research for Fallout 4. This has originated from within MIT, the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. * +

This is actually a very good source as MIT and Bethesda have a close connection due to MITs integration within the Fallout Universe, known as The Institute. Massachusetts itself is also known within the Fallout Universe as The Commonwealth. You may remember this place being mentioned in Fallout 3, a quest you undertake involves an Android escaped from the Commonwealth. this means(if true) that Bethesda will be making this for the next gen platform as a true fallout sequel will take a while to make. I'm sure it took something like five years to make oblivion but I'm quite happy to wait if it means a fresh fallout title for the next gen. this will be ing huge * +
