Why? I'd buy a Microsoft console if it catered to my needs. My hatered of Microsoft is NOTHING to do with the Xbox. * +

A console is just a pish PC anyway now aint it? All the updates and fiddling and installing 
as has been pointed out. Consoles have taken all the weaker aspects of Pc gaming and incorporated them into console gaming thus greatly reducing the appeal of them. If you are gonna do that you may as well just get a decent PC and it seems Microsoft are just building one... * +

Since when do ya need to upgrade a console's memory, graphics hardware, processor or mess around with drivers and settings just to get a game working then? How's that compare to a few mins of installing or downloading an automatic update? * +

You must be confusing it with someone that builds a new PC everytime they buy a new game? Once a PC is up and running whats the difference between installing the game and patches on console and on PC? * +
