Naaaawwwww bet when they integrate the RSX and CELL on 32nm or smaller it would have a TDP less than 50 watts. Thats nothing. You could dissipate that passively, or with just a tiny slow fan. Just look at the Macbook air. The bigger ones are about 40w. * +
