With all those court cases over who owns the fallout franchise, bethesda or interplay........... Who actually won? I know bethesda bought the rights to make 3 games? So does that mean bethesda only have 1 more game? Might of already been discussed but when I look ob the net im going round in circles, every site says diffrent things * +

if bethesda loses fallout rights then ill stop gaming...maybe. if fallout online is the 3rd and only 3 they could make there would be no fallout 4 that would be sad. almost as sad as i spilled beer on my keyboard and now half of my keys arent working

interplay were given the go to make fallout MMO but had to abide by certain rules of the contract, in 2010 interplay officially announced fallout MMO but since then, nothing else was shown to back it up, FMMO was just an idea, so bethesda got on the case and settled with a 2 million dollar payout back in January to interplay to relinquish all rights * +
