My choice has to be Jesus of Nazereth with Robert Powell playing Jesus, i dont know if it was made as only an Easter special for television as dont remeber it being shown in any cinema, if anyone knows if it has been, please i would love to know. All i know, its a darn good film, and is well worth watching, even though being up to 6hours long. * +

I think it's fair to call it a biblical movie what with it being set in biblical times and featuring one of it's central characters albeit in a cameo appearance. * +
