I agree with Olia if by East, she is referring specifically to Japan and South Korea. Asian horror and psychological thrillers are so much better than the hollywood remakes etc. * +

The retelling of the evil dead was good. Wouldn't call it a remake at all and was good that it had the backing of raimi and Campbell. *
