Just been to watch this, like the different path its taken, for example, peter parker's parents are not confirmed dead and the lizard has been explored. Norman Osbourne is never seen in the film, just mentioned. He is dying and that's why the cross species experiment is pushed to human experimentation. Playing the game helps, it offers a great insight into what happened next * +

the game acts as an epilogue, introducing enemies like rhino, scorpion and vermin. vermin is the result of the rodent they experiment on in the film, look out for it, a giant mouse lol. Connors also ends up helping parker contain the lizard virus, Connors now in human form is imprisoned for the murder of gwen Stacey's father, is released by spiderman. anyway, the film is slightly darker this time. the new parker is good, less geeky and helps provide some amusing moments * +

as this film focuses more on the emotional side, it does it so well, captain Stacey's dying request to spiderman to leave his daughter alone was emotional, as well as Ben parker being shot. the film chooses its familiar moments, parker allowing a criminal to escape to spite a tight a*se shop keeper leads to parker's loss of his uncle. sally field as aunt may was difficult to digest as she looks too young. not enough action moments but still better then the originals. 7.8/10 * +
