so at the moment i'm hooked on Lie to Me but i'm on the lookout for other quality series. Gave sons of anarchy a go but didnt like it. Done boardwalk empire and i've heard that law and order SVU is well worth a watch but I'd welcome any other suggestions... * +

a series i loved from a few years back that didn't get much attention over here is OZ from hbo. Its about a prison and it follows the guards and inmates and the backstories. * +

Oz is quality but then mOst stuff on HBO is. A few more oldies are Deadwood Justified The Unit Band of Brothers Six Feet Under

very different types of show i'd say oz n prison break. SVU is good but not exactly fun viewing as its about r*pe victims. gotta mention the wire tho i've only seen tiny portions of it. * +
