An interesting point brought up by someone in red dwarf topic, basically, in film or programme, what sequel or series outweighed the original or vice versa? For example, red dwarf series one, i found terrible compared to say, series 4, or blade 1, massively better then the sequels. So lets hear few suggestions of better or worse sequels on the big and small screen * +

If anyone has ever seen bottom.series bout two flatmates who swear, fight, slob and try to sh*g their way through life. Ran for 3 series. But series one stamped over 2 and 3. * +

Only fools and horses, difficult one, i found it got better after it hit series 5 but was still great to watch early on. * +

Godfather 2 I thought was better than the godfather but not by much both are master pieces tbh but the 3rd was really not on the same level of brilliance as the first two imo * +

Comedy series tend to start off bad. Have a fantastic run then suddenly get old and stale. Only fools and horses did that. Blackadder series one was shambolic and finished on series 4 quite well. Red dwarf. Awful first two series. Fantastic run. Awful last series. * +
