Well its not Marvel but the best comic story in YEARS is the just ended Blackest Night by DC comics. The best Marvel comics at the mo are The New Avengers, and X-Force or Uncanny X-Men * +

civil war is superb as is house of m and secret invasion definetly worth a read, from dc you should check out the crisis trilogy Identity Crisis, Infinite Crisis and Final Crisis * +
