Actually moonbeam jj abrams said he wanted to get shatner in the film but because captain kirk died in generations there was no way to fit shatner in. shatner was apprehensive about doing generations because he was not the main star which is funny because he actually was according to the two captains one destiny media blitz. Nichelle nichols was great in bring back star trek though. A lovely lady * +

Absolutely loved this movie! Ive been a Trek fan like for ever and was really pleasantly suprised. And I totally geeked out when Karl Urban called Zachary Quinto a green blooded hobgoblin! Lol *
