The season is changing. Anyone who actively follows know that most of the last seasons shows are now ending and new ones are starting. Notable new animes this season: Full Metal Alchemist remake, Dragonball Kai, Sengoku Basara, Valkyria Chronicles, Hayate no Gotoku 2. Highly hyped shows: K-ON and Queen's Blade. * +

Bleach is not ending. 
it may go on a break though because the episode list currently goes upto 214 only but the next ending theme (no.19) is confirmed starting from 215. And by previous seasons i mean fall/2008 and winter/2009 that had shows with either ~26 or ~12 episodes in Japan. * +
