Wel a quick overview: my story takes place on a wrld dat was jst lyk ours until a mysterious event causes every human on da planet 2 b shrunk 2 5 of their original height. Da story itself takes place 250 yrs aftr da shrinkage * +

I mean you didnt really tell us anything about the story so I may be being a bit harsh. Are you planning a single story arc or multiple ones? Do you have a hero or heroes in mind? Have you thought about all the changes you would have to show in the world due to everyone shrinking? * +

Ok, let me go deeper. In dis setng as a result of da shrinkage, entire countries r lost nd da 'global village' breaks dwn as a result. In the aftrmath only a few countries r able 2 gt back on their feet, cities r rebuilt 2 accomodate manknds new size. * +
