When i download MP4. It only play's the sound not the vid. Does any one know why this happens. I have a K800i. Thanks guys *

video resolution is probably too high. must be 240x320 or lower *

I had that prob once with a file i downloaded. There's a few different types of mp4 and not all of them are compatible with phones..which is a shame..i can only find music vids in 3gp format *

As mentioned, twice, change the settings of the format or the rez. *
