Something gone wrong with my pic file. I go in n thumbnails r black. I can click on a pic n view it but cant do anything with it. Cant even delete em. If i try it just says plz wait n i av 2 take out the battery 2 use my phone again. *

Try format ur phone r master reset *

Tried master restet. Didnt affect downloaded files. Just deleted phonelists n saved radio station settings. *
