I'm not sure but I think the cheapest is w300i. It doesn't exactly play when off but you can enter Walkman only mode when you turn it on, disabling all other phone features. Good phone for it's price. * +

Also came with a little lead you plug in the phone with a clip and you can plug your other headphones in that instead. I use my large JVC ones all the time lol. * +

Well I did say I wasn't sure. And Walkman mode literally means walkman, turns it into an mp3 player, turning off all other features while you use it like that. You can press back and start up the phone as normal and use Walkman mode there too anyway. * +
