The operating system is UIQ3, and UIQ3 is the most unstable, pointless system invented so far, even with the free official firmware upgrade which does nothing at all. In real terms, you cant run more than one app at a time, and if you forget to turn off one app before starting on another one, youll find it crashes and resets nearly as much as a nokia * +

The M600 is actualy the most stable UIQ3.0 phone including P1i, yes to all your questions,its a Symbian UIQ3.0 OS9.1 phone,if you get it get it in that beautiful crystal white colour

Uhm im sure u cn use Wap settings for everythng Web related in it,its a great phone,u are just gona have to get used to its rokr keyboard * +
