my phone says inactive sim wiv any sim,although they are active.however there is a full signal and it also lets me go online yet theres a symbol with a line thru it.wont let me recieve,or send owt.anyone know wats going no x x x * +

Im guessing since you'v been asking about unlock codes you been typing some in 
that icon with the line through it means you'v blocked it, you'll need to either take it to t-mobile WITH proof that the phone is yours and get them to unblock it, or if you dont have proof take it to someone with SETool2 (full version not cracked or lite) and convince them to change the phone's IMEI number... Its the ONLY 2 ways to fix it, Sorry * +

Note: when i say blocked i mean BLOCKED, as in... As far as t-mobile are concerned its now classed as a stolen phone with a blocked IMEI number, hense you need proof its your phone... Something like a recite. * +

Oh well yeah this one has an IMEI block, and its cheaper and alot safer to get a shop to unlock the other :) *
