Is there any way to fix a waterdamaged w810i? It wont power on but the led at the top blinks red. Is there any hope? * +

Don't try turnin it on...it shorts the power!...Wrap it in a towel an keep it in ya airing cupboard or somewhere warm for a week..thats wot i did wit mine an it worked * +

Your getting a blinking LED and its been donked in water... Im guessing your flash chip is um a little mushy at the minute 
try leaving it to dry out FULLY, then switch it on, if the screen flash's white take out the memory card and try... Then give up * +

Lol its not even my phone and its already dried out i think. If its dried out all the way and the led still blinks, is that fixable? Like with a flash or sumthn? * +

i know sum1 who dropped theirs in water let it dry out then it worked fine for a few months then jus stopped workin lets hope ur not so lucky * +

Blinking LED normally means dead Erom or GDSF, but if its been in water the flash chip is more then likely done in and causing the error, you could try taking it down to get a new Erom and GDSF rebuild at a local phone repair centre, but my guess is it needs the flash chip and will be cheaper to replace the whole phone lol. * +
