I have SE k750i. In camera settings there is an option for picture quality to be set - normal or fine. I read info - fine uses more memory. So, what is benefit to picture quality since resolution is the same? * +

I had always preferred 'Fine'. It made a significant difference to me. Easy to test them and find out. Take 2 large res identical pictures, one normal, one fine, send to PC and view actual size. You can judge for yourself that way. * +

It may be the same pixel BUT the k750 camera aint as good as people think... Its digitly enhanced to give better quality from its 2mp camera (as all the rest of SE 2mp cam's are also), and fine mode enhances it more then normal mode hence it taking up more memory... Another reason why the k800's and other cyber-shots are alot better... They shout in real time, kept blur and distortion... * +

LOL me too. 7 cans of red bull and 2 cans of Henieken at 1 in the morning didn't really make things easy for me. * +

I have just compared two pictures in normal and fine mod. Picture taken in fine mode is less blurry. I guess this have something with level of JPEG compression. In fine mode, phone uses lower level of compression and preserves more details. Like MP3, lower compression, better sound. Thanks. * +
