It depends what kind of repairs its in for,if its just a Software Update then it may only take one day, if its something more serious it could take 3days to 4months lol,they cn realy be unpredictable * +

It doesnt matter wat is wrong with it, it will still take a really long time... I sent my w800 in a while ago 4 a software upgrade...nd they said it will take an hour or 2 i came back about 2 hours later they told me my phone got sent 2 the main department...something went wrong will updating it...got my phone back nearly 2 weeks after words...thats why ill never send my phone 2 them again... * +

I did a master reset on my k750i while battery low. Th phone went off in middle of reset n i got dat white screen. It took bout 3 days 2 get my phone back from Vodacare. They quick. * +

It totaly depends on them,coz wen my old W900 needed a FW update it took them only ONE DAY, when my W900 died it took them a week to them a week to try fix it then they replaced it, IT TOTALY DEPENDS WHERE YOU GO, WHAT PHONE YOU HAVE,WHO YOU KNOW SUMTIMES, and if ur phone is Vodafone branded then it wil take priority, or if u have a Nokia Nseries or Eseries also take priority * +
