I tuk my w800i 4 repairz at da glen 4 virus repairz.Dey tuned me its gona take 6wks,6wks waz a wk ago!I wnt 2 check on it n dey sed it wil take anada wk,i went ystrday agen.Dey sed afta 2wks agen!Is dr anythng i cn do bout it?Duz ne1 knw or had dis experience? * +

even if they were re-building it from scratch it wouldnt take 6 weeks. Ask to speak to someone senior and find out exactly what is the problem with your phone and why the repair is taking so long. * +

you may also want to ask why they'v took in a w800 for virus repairs, w800 cannot get them, so they were probably only going to flash it (reinstall the software) which only takes around 15 minutes to do to a w800 (infact probably less). * +

vodaworld the last time i took my W900 for a fw update they took 1day gave me the phone bak a day later,but nw that it died it was to take 2days to gv me a replacement phone,wel its bn a week nw and stil nothng from them,bt im guesing they have triple the number of phones a day than they hav technichians so i gues it takes time to do al the phones,ive heard sum ppl wait 4months or more *
