well it doesn't have to be a diff one because unlocking changes imie number. And let me ask this is the phone work perfectly and is it unlocked? If yes wat seems to be the prob? * +

unlocking does not change your imei number. If your imei number is changed its because of something illegal and is a prisonable offence. * +

As dani said this is illegal. He is probably giving you a stolen phone and selling yours If stolen the police can confiscate it it and you have no phone. The number of a phone is like the vin no on a car, it doesnt change. *
