Aww dude... the w900 has been around a long time now so its well supported on the fixing front so Vodafone should be able to fix it with no trouble, WSOD is 1 of 2 things firstly: EROM/EEPROM damage, or more serious is GDSF damage, but as i said the w900 has been around a while so is well supported.... fingers crossed that Voda get the job done or replace it. * +

lol... im fully expecting you back here with your w900 running again soon mate, although a k850/w960 would be nice hehe... but as i say the w900 is well supported and the service centre more then likely has whats called an EMMA dongle which gives them total access to the phone (Oh how i dream about EMMA dongle's lol), they should be able to fix it mate... * +

If its a certified Sony Ericsson service that voda use (which it should be) there's every chance you'll get to keep your tracks, BUT if there not then there probably gonna start with a full software flash (that WONT work), then comes the EROM/EEPROM (may work 50/50), if it still dont work there gonna rebuild the GDSF (if the EROM/EEPROM dont work this should). * +

If all that dont work they'll replace the phone, BUT a certified Sony Ericsson service centre works in a different and will skip the software flash (which means you keep your phones memory) and dive straight in with installing a new EROM/EEPROM or GDSF (quite possibly both to save time), if its still dead then they'll probably try the software (but its unlikely to be that though), then they'll replace it if its still dead, finger crossed for you. * +
