Every time i turn ths phone on the screen freezez white and then turns itself off. Other ppl i knw hav had ths prob, bt ther phone turns on. Mine hasnt workd 4 months. Se wont take responcibilty or orange! * +

If its under warrenty then you should be ok, IF NOT: it sounds like a GDSF problem, if it is GDSF damage im afraid it may stay dead for quite some time, k800i's are DB2020 and either CID49 (fixable) CID51 (SEtool or Cruiser MAY be able to fix it (highly stating MAY)) CID52 (dead untill CID52 gets cracked), id persue a warrenty replacement if its covered, but GDSF is software damage and by no fault of the user, so it will be covered by warrenty. * +

Im on my 3rd k800i. My 1st 1 had similar problem mentioned here, id had it 6wks and it jus wudnt turn on at all, all i got was blinking led light on side of fone. 2nd 1 i had 6months n dropped it n it landed head 1st sending all the shock thru the screen and messin up the display. Lucky im insured. * +

@rah, if when the red LED was blinking and you get 6 flashe's that means the EROM got corrupted, thats easily fixable and for FREE, using wotanserver to do a FREE EROM update and only takes a few seconds to. * +

Well wen it happened orange didnt know wot was wrong with it so they said they wud replace it free. It blinked between 5 and 10times. On fone the asked me stupid questions like is the battery in the right way and tryna tell me it was water damage even tho it had never seen water. *
