Yeah you can increase the volume, but it does involve modding the phone and installing new acoustic's, (i got tosh's super loud/high quality) it liturally is twice the volume of the standard w810 (tested against my brother's) but the w810 can be tricky to mod, you would either need to use XS++ and brute force you way in to install them, or patch your main firmware and make it compatible with FAR+SEFP (which is the modder's choice) * +

i dont think there is a code unfortuanatly mate 
as all the volume settings (acoustic) are stored in the phones file systems, and java phones dont give any access to them. sorry * +

what you could do though, is look into to getting a nice set of none SE standard headphones that have there own volume switch on and use that to PUMP THE VOLUME (TURN UP THE BASE) hehe love that track bring back the techy days. * +
