dont know why everyone doing 
signs for, if you had a computer, k750 and a little commen sense you would be asking the very same question..... remember there the same phone just with different software installed, you can convert your k750 to a w800 using almost any flashing program but GFlash is ment to be the easiest program for the job, im not sure if you just flash it with w800 MAIN and FS or need to do a lil tweeking first mate *

i would post links to a few guides for you but the prodigits takes out equals signs and stuff so it would be pointless, but if you type ....GFlash se nse.... into google you'll find the creators thread at se nse, there's also alot of other guides on the net, check out laysk there's millions of guides there on how to do it using FAR Manager 
PS any form of flashing is risky so its at your own risk, but with the right files its fairly safe :) *

Oh yeah if you attempt to flash or even patch your phone dont forget to make a backup of your GDSF coz if it goes wrong your gonna need it to bring your phone back from the dead
