its a chat service, you use with a hotmail account to chat to your hotmail buddies on (msn) the best msn client out there is UltraIM pro if you google (binpda ultraim pro) and you'll find loads of preregistered versions ;) * +

there's also a very good java YahooIM chat client out called shMessenger which i prefere to any msn clients as you can change its theme, plus you can upload any file of any type and size and it gives the person your chatting to a download link for the file but you do need to sign upto shmessenger for an authentication login or it will fail to login to YahooIM, well worth looking into for YahooIM fans :) * +
