mate you can use the phone with your 2g sim card you just wont be able use its 3g capabilitys ie video calling and you'll only download and surf the web at 2g speeds * +

costs u 10 quid 4 orange 3g sim if ur upgradin ya sim wiv orange but u do really get it free cus u get 10quid cred i av ad nowt but probs since gone 2 3g the daft bint at shop never activated my sim fully so can only take n recieve calls cnt txt or wap av rang em 4 times 2 try sort it n sum1 ment b ringin me 2nite frm orange wont hold ma breath am gona complain big style am thinkin goin wiv tmob * +
