Mate i dont think your looking for a SE, as the good user friendly phones have d-pads that are quite fidely, or joysticks that have a tendency to mess up, and if she has a little trouble with her hands then the phone may turn out to be useless in the long run :( i know this seems a bit drastic but some networks do have there own phone line for people in her situation that are made to be easy to use like o2 UK that may be a better option :) * +
